Are you having problems viewing our webcasts? Check below for a possible solution.

  1. Webcast is not displayed at all.

To view our wecasts you require the Adobe Flash player to be installed in your browser. Most browsers will have this already, but if yours doesn’t, you can download it free from from Adobe at adobe.com

  1. Playback starts and stops several times.

Viewing video content over the internet requires at least a broadband connection. Whilst we try to compress our videos, they are still quite large files. If you are experiencing a slow connection, pause the webcast for a minute or so. It will continue to download and ‘buffer’ the content. You should then be able to play the video without it stopping unexpectedly.

  1. How can I control the webcast playback?

Once the playback starts, you can control it with the icons on the bottom of the player. These are:

Play the webcast

Pause playback.

Maximise the player to full screen. To resize it back, just hit the escape key.

Mute the sound. Useful if you need to silence the playback quickly.

Adjust the volume level.
